• John Bishop Room:

• Capacity: Up to 50 people theatre-style.
• Features: Built-in audio-visual equipment, including a data projector and screen. This room is ideal for smaller, more intimate events and offers high-speed Wi-Fi at no additional cost.

• Quartet Bar:

• Capacity: Up to 250 guests.
• Features: A modern venue with a built-in bar, perfect for cocktail-style events. It is located at the end of The Galleries at Festival Theatre and can be accessed via the new King William Road Entrance. This venue is only available for booking outside of performance times.

• The Galleries:

• Capacity: Up to 650 guests.
• Features: A large gallery running alongside the Festival Theatre Foyer, suitable for cocktail functions or sectioned into three intimate spaces for smaller events. It can be accessed externally via the new Festival Theatre King William Road Entrance and is available for booking outside of performance times.

• Her Majesty’s Theatre (Ian & Pamela Wall Gallery and Pickard Terrace):

• Capacity: Up to 200 guests.
• Features: Located on the rooftop level of Her Majesty’s Theatre, offering picturesque views of the city. This venue is ideal for enhancing your next function with its unique rooftop setting.
