About this listing and removal requests

Why your business or professional activity appears here

Marik Péter EV., operating event.clinic, maintains a public directory of event-industry businesses, venues and performers to help organisers find relevant services.

Listings contain business or professional information obtained from publicly accessible sources or supplied through the platform where its use for this directory is authorised. Listings are publicly accessible through our directory and API and may also appear on partner sites.

Some listings identify sole traders or individual performers. Where a listing contains personal data, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are operating a useful professional directory and helping organisers find event services.

For details of the information we use, its sources, recipients, retention and your rights, read our Directory Privacy Notice.

Removal requests and your right to object

To request removal, email mail@event.clinic and identify the listing. You do not need an account or a reason to request removal under our voluntary delisting policy. Where necessary to prevent an unauthorised removal, we may ask for limited information confirming your connection to the listing.

After a removal request is confirmed, we prevent the listing from being automatically republished. We may restore it at the request of the business or person concerned, or if we establish that the removal request was unauthorised.

Removal concerns public directory listings. We may retain a minimal suppression record and necessary request records as explained in the Directory Privacy Notice.

If the listing contains your personal data, you may also object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Our voluntary removal policy does not limit your GDPR rights.
