FAQ

Questions, answered.

The short version of how event.clinic works. If your question is not here, start a brief or get in touch.

What is event.clinic?

event.clinic is a plug-in event unit for complex events. We reinforce existing event teams with extra capacity, experienced specialists, day-of command and a shared operational toolset, then hand back. Your team stays in charge and your event stays yours.

Do you take over our event?

No. We are not a takeover model. Ownership, authority, creative direction and client relationships stay with your team. We add support only where the event needs it, and only for as long as it needs it.

How is this different from a traditional event agency?

A classical agency wants to run the event. We plug into the team that already runs it, as an expert unit, an extension of your agency, or your event department for the moment, and we return control when the work is done.

What exactly do you provide?

Three forms of reinforcement, combined to fit the event: capacity when you are stretched, specialists for uncommon tasks such as accreditation, protocol and sport operations, and day-of command reinforcement. One shared toolset sits behind the work.

Can you help at short notice or in an emergency?

Yes. When an event is suddenly at risk, a supplier falls through, or unbudgeted scope appears, we can move in fast, within a very short window, to steady the situation and get it delivered.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. We are a European unit with an international team, working worldwide, including multi-venue and multi-city events.

What is the toolset, and do we keep access to it?

It is a cloud-based event and production management system: one live, shared record of the whole event that the team works in. It stays useful to your team before, during and after we leave.

How do we start, and what does it cost?

Start with a brief; it takes about three minutes. We come back with an honest read on the gap and a practical support model. Fees are defined per engagement in a written agreement and scaled to the actual need.
