• Payment Terms: Invoices are due upon contract signing for the incidental deposit and one business day prior to the rental for occupancy, amenity, and staffing fees.

• Accessibility: The facility is designed to be mobility accessible with access to all public floors and spaces. Non-gendered restrooms are available on each floor, equipped with changing stations.
