Bass Performance Hall, located at 525 Commerce Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102, is a premier venue for meetings, conferences, and events. The hall offers six unique and elegant spaces that can accommodate a range of party sizes, each providing breathtaking views and luxurious décor.

Function Rooms and Capacities

• Grand Lobby

• Capacity: Up to 350 for cocktail receptions, up to 200 for banquets and receptions, and up to 220 for ceremonies.
• Features: Marble floors and staircases, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an extended bar area.

• Mezzanine Lobby

• Capacity: Up to 200 for cocktail receptions, up to 100 for banquets and receptions, and up to 180 for ceremonies.
• Features: A picturesque backdrop with a balcony featuring the venue’s twin angels.

• Founders Concert Theater

• Capacity: Up to 2,052 for seating and up to 350 for stage receptions.
• Features: An 80-foot-diameter dome, painted by Scott and Stuart Gentling, and two 48-foot-tall angels sculpted by Marton Varo.

• Green Room & Richardson Room

• Capacity: Up to 70 for theater-style seating, up to 60 for banquets and receptions, and up to 100 for cocktail receptions.
• Features: Intimate setting ideal for smaller gatherings.

• Van Cliburn Recital Hall

• Capacity: Up to 300 for ceremonies and up to 220 for banquets and receptions.
• Features: Intimate setting with incredible acoustics, perfect for recitals and smaller events.

• McDavid Studio

• Capacity: Up to 300 for ceremonies and up to 300 for banquets and receptions.
• Features: Floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing views of downtown Fort Worth, state-of-the-art sound system, and kaleidoscope-like lighting.

Services

• Exclusive Use of Space: Available for 9 hours if renting one room and 12 hours if renting two rooms, including load-in and load-out time.

• Amenities: Round and rectangular tables, white garden chairs, set-up and breakdown services (bar set-up not included), custodial and housekeeping services, staff usher and manager on duty, liability insurance, and free parking in the City Center II Parking Garage on evenings and weekends.

• Custom Lighting Packages: Available for Maddox-Muse Center spaces, including classic and dramatic ceremony and reception lighting packages.

• Custom Audio Packages: Basic and premium audio packages available, including up to four microphones, direct input for guitar, iPod hookup, and optional rentals like Yamaha upright piano and portable sound system.

• Additional Rentals: Baby grand piano, podium with microphones, platform, extra power for bands, LCD video projector, portable tripod projector screen, TV/VCR/DVD, security guard, and fee to hang decorations.

• Photo Sessions: Available at an additional fee, with special rates for clients who have booked an event at the hall.

Event Planning Considerations

• Rehearsal Time and Space: Subject to availability, with an additional fee for renting space for rehearsals.

• Extension of Function Hours: Requires written approval from management and incurs a fee of $500 per hour.

• Floor Plans and Layout: Must be reviewed and approved by management before the event.

• Changes to Event Details: Any changes made two weeks or less prior to the event are subject to approval and availability, with immediate payment required for added services and no refunds guaranteed after the two-week period.

• Entertainment: Must conform to local ordinances and be approved in advance by management.

• Guests and Attendees: Must remain in the spaces reserved for their event.
