• Services: The Conference Center is available for rent from 6:00 a.m. to Midnight, Thursday through Saturday, and from 5:30 p.m. to Midnight on other days. It includes setup and breakdown times, which are typically two to three hours each.

• Sculpture Court:

• Capacity: Up to 1,000 guests
• Features: A 13,900 square feet glass ceiling space that can be used for various events, including receptions and exhibitions.
• Services: This space offers a unique backdrop for events, with ample natural light and a sophisticated atmosphere.

• Atrium:

• Capacity: Up to 1,000 guests
• Features: Available for rent from 5:30 p.m. to Midnight, the Atrium provides a versatile space for events.
• Services: Set up for events in the Atrium can begin no earlier than 4:00 p.m., and the event duration should include two to three hours for setup and two to three hours for breakdown.

• Research Library:

• Capacity: Limited public use
• Features: A research library with over 20,000 books and other reference materials available for limited public use.
• Services: This space is primarily for research purposes but can be used for small, intimate events or meetings.

Additional Amenities

• Furniture and Equipment Rental: CAAM offers various furniture and equipment for rental, including tables, chairs, risers, stanchions, and audio visual equipment.

• Staffing Requirements: The type of event will dictate staffing requirements, which will be included in the base cost estimate provided.

• Insurance: All clients and caterers are required to provide a certificate of public liability and property damage insurance in the amount of $1,000,000, naming the CAAM and Friends of the CAAM.

Parking and Accessibility

• Parking: Convenient parking is available at $12.00 per vehicle.

• Accessibility: The museum is easily accessible via two freeways and is located 10 minutes from the Los Angeles Convention Center and the Staples Center.
