• Gage Premium Single: Private bedroom with a single bed in a four-bedroom shared apartment. Guests share a washroom, lounge with a flat-panel TV, breakfast bar, and kitchen (not equipped with dishes or cooking utensils). Complimentary coffee is provided.
• Gage Studio: Suite with a queen bed, private washroom, sitting area with a telephone and flat-panel TV, WiFi, fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and complimentary coffee. Maximum two guests per suite.

• Parking

• Parking is available at the Walter Gage lot at a daily rate of $16.

• Housekeeping and Amenities

• All rooms are designated non-smoking. Pets are not permitted at the Walter Gage Residence.
• Daily housekeeping service, bed linens, soap, and towels are provided for private suites and studios. Limited housekeeping service (linen provided, folded on bed upon arrival) is included for shared accommodations.
• Laundry machines are located in each building, operated by laundry cards which can be obtained at the Front Desk for a $5 deposit. Credit can be added to the card in $5 increments using a machine in the lobby.
• Vending machines are located in the lobby of Walter Gage Residence. Various food outlets and other amenities are available on campus.

• Internet Access

• Each guest room is equipped with complimentary wireless internet through the ubcvisitor wireless network, which is also available for use in the Commonsblock and around campus.

• Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM at the Front Desk of Walter Gage Residence. The Front Desk is open 24 hours a day.
• Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If luggage storage is required after this time, please inquire at the Front Desk. No overnight storage is available.

• Additional Services

• Housekeeping level upgrades are available for an additional fee. No linen exchange is provided.
• All suites and studios are equipped with telephones that have voicemail capability. Messages for guests staying in suites and studios may be left on their voicemail by calling the Front Desk number, then pressing “3” after the prompt. For guests in single rooms that are not equipped with telephones, courtesy phones are available at the front desk.
