• Rules of the Space:

• No smoking inside the building.
• Any damage to the building will incur additional charges.
• Outdoor music must be turned off by 11 PM; parties can continue in the living room until midnight.
• Load-in for events can start no earlier than 11 AM.
• Load-out must be completed within 2 hours after the event ends.

• Cancellation Policy: Standard 60-day cancellation policy with a full refund if canceled 60 days in advance; 50% refund if canceled between 30 to 60 days in advance; non-refundable for events starting within 30 days.
