Meeting and Conference Facilities

• Exhibit Hall: The convention center features a 162,000 square foot, column-free exhibit hall, ideal for large-scale events and exhibitions.

• Ballroom: A 40,000 square foot ballroom that can be sub-divided into smaller spaces, perfect for banquets, general sessions, and keynotes.

• Meeting Rooms: 26 individual meeting rooms totaling 32,000 square feet. These rooms are sub-dividable into smaller spaces, accommodating various meeting sizes and configurations.

Function Rooms and Capacities

• Grand Gallery Meeting Rooms: Located on the main floor, these rooms can be sub-divided into six separate rooms or combined to use the entire space as one large room.

• Audio Visual Services: BlueWater Technologies is the preferred in-house supplier of audio visual, sound reinforcement, projection, and other related services. • Rigging Services: All rigging must be performed by Local 26 Union Riggers who are familiar with the house hang points and rules and regulations. Rigging must meet O.S.H.A. and A.N.S.I. regulations and conform to the manufacturer's specifications.

• Catering and Concessions: The Amway Grand Plaza Hotel, adjacent to DeVos Place, offers culinary excellence with an in-house Sales and Catering team. Concessions counters are available at the south end of each exhibit hall, requiring arrangement with both the Concessions Manager and the Event Coordinator.
