Elbdome

The Quartier Elbbrücken is poised to become the second urban center of HafenCity, alongside the Überseequartier. This high-density business location features spectacular skyscrapers, water bodies on three sides, and a large central plaza, catering to both large corporations and small growing businesses. With its close proximity to the Elbe River, Baakenhafen, and Billhafen, as well as the green island of Entenwerder, the area also holds significant potential as an attractive residential location. Approximately 50% of the building space is designated for office use, while around 10% is allocated for gastronomy, small-scale retail, and special uses, creating potential for 11,000 jobs. The residential aspect comprises about 40% of the space, which translates to around 1,400 apartments, depending on their size.
