• Large Events Hall (800m²)

• Capacity: 700 – 800 Pax
• Location: Ground floor of the north bay
• Description: This large open space features four-meter-tall ceilings and can be articulated to host any type of event. It includes audiovisual equipment, a space for sound equipment, a large screen, and seating area with mobile chairs.

• Meeting and Presentation Rooms (40m² each)

• Capacity: 20 – 40 Pax
• Location: First floor of the south bay
• Description: There are eight small and well-lit meeting and presentation rooms available. They can be laid out in several ways, and clients can request any type of furniture and/or layout. The rooms feature traditional blackboards and large smart TVs.

• Archduke’s Forest (150m²)

• Capacity: 100 – 200 Pax
• Location: Central patio
• Description: This green space features a sample of Balearic Island flora and a small ecological garden, representing the factory’s sustainability. It is suitable for cocktails events, solemn acts, both formal and more informal events outdoors.

• Great Gastronomic Room (800m²)

• Capacity: 100 – 500 Pax
• Location: Ground floor of the north bay
• Description: This open space is suitable for developing any type of corporate event, especially in everything related to gastronomy. It has a large kitchen where catering companies can be located, a cocktail bar, and an independent showcooking kitchen.

• Multi-use Hall (200m²)

• Location: First floor of the south bay
• Description: This hall features a large screen (3 x 2.5m) ideal for presentations requiring a projector. The furniture can be distributed as needed or the hall can be left empty.

• Large Event Room (800m²)

• Description: This space is designed for showcooking and serves as a logistic space for catering companies who need to serve a large number of people.

• Terrace Overlooking the Archduke’s Forest (50m²)

• Description: This space is located on the top floor and offers the best views of the Archduke’s Forest. It is completely open and suitable for celebrations, cocktail receptions, and cultural events.

• Description: This hall is full of natural light and can be laid out in numerous ways. It features traditional blackboards and large smart TVs.

• Description: This hall is also full of natural light and can be laid out in numerous ways. It features traditional blackboards and large smart TVs.

• Central Area (300m²)

• Capacity: 240 Pax
• Location: First floor
• Description: This large open space features four-meter-tall ceilings and is designed to hold large events. It is suitable for banquets, parades, exhibitions, and staged events requiring spotlights, audiovisual equipment, and a space for sound equipment.

Services

• Audiovisual Equipment: All function rooms are equipped with audiovisual equipment including touchscreens, video projectors, slide projectors, DVD readers, projection screens, and document readers.

• Sound Equipment: Each room is equipped with sound management and amplification systems, chairman’s microphones, microphones for speakers or delegates, lavalier microphones for speakers, and hand-held radio microphones for audience participation.

• Telecommunications: The entire building is designed to respond to the installation of telephone lines and ISDN accesses for telephone or internet, as well as the installation of press centers for large events.

• Electrical Installations: All spaces are structured with a sophisticated electrical network to meet the technical requirements of equipment and installations set up specifically for each event. The building is also equipped with a generator to prevent interruptions in case of an electrical failure.

• Integrated Systems: Each meeting room has natural and artificial lighting and is equipped with air conditioning. The rooms have state-of-the-art equipment that controls audio and video operations.
