Hangar Meeting Center is an authentic event location that is housed in a former weaving mill in Harelbeke.

It is not only an inspiring space for seminars, workshops, symposia, training courses or product presentations.

It is also a fantastic location for private events such as receptions, photo shoots, family celebrations, baby showers, communion or spring parties.

For every type of meeting, we create the ideal setting. Moreover, we offer you the possibility to fully adapt your event according to your wishes.

Whether you are looking for a meeting room or a space for your communion party , our 300 m² room has different capacities and configurations for every type of meeting.

In addition, the space is equipped with all facilities to ensure that every event runs smoothly (tables, chairs, all necessities for dining, beamer, audio, video, headsets, micro, internet…).

You can use our location for both small and large events:

Seated events : 10 – 120 people

Standing events : 10 – 200 people

Space for the caterer: 20m²

Hangar Meeting Center is also easily accessible (near the R8) and has a spacious free parking lot.
