INFORUM Pavilion

Inforum Irapuato is a modern convention center located in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico, at Av. Siglo XXI 1156. It is designed to host a variety of events, including congresses, conventions, exhibitions, fairs, shows, social gatherings, and sports events.

Meeting and Conference Facilities

• Pavilions: The Inforum features two twin pavilions, each with 45,565 square feet (4,233.1 m²) of exhibit space and a height of 39.37 feet (12.00 m). Each pavilion can accommodate up to 6,000 people for concerts, sporting events, conventions, and trade shows. The pavilions are connected by an outdoor multifunctional plaza with 645,835 square feet (60,000 square meters) of space.

• Centro de Espectaculos: This indoor arena is used for concerts, sporting events, and other special events. It has a concert capacity of up to 6,000 people with 1,953 in chairback seats, five in handicapped seating, and the rest in benches.

• Foro Abierto: A 3,000-seat amphitheater primarily used for concerts and stage shows.

Function Rooms

• Meeting Rooms: Inforum Irapuato has four meeting rooms, each equipped with the necessary infrastructure for holding congresses and conventions.

• Banquet Capacity: The venue has a banquet capacity of up to 9,000 people, making it suitable for large corporate celebrations, graduations, anniversaries, year-end celebrations, weddings, and other events.

• Personalized Service: The center offers personalized service with professional consulting, logistics services, design, and development of exhibitions for any event.

• Infrastructure: The facilities meet international standards for exhibition centers. They include air conditioning, hidden hydrosanitary and electromechanical installations, modern rail systems for sound-insulating panels, artificial lighting, and wireless internet service throughout the facility.

• Event Support: The venue provides rental services for stands, partitions, video projectors, televisions, VCRs, DVDs, sound equipment, and mobile ticket booths. Additionally, it offers stand assembly services, furniture rental, and hidden services every 3 meters for electrical current, water, and drainage.

• Security and Amenities: The center is equipped with 24-hour security and a mezzanine with 8 fast food service stations. It also has an outdoor area of 68,071 m² and an indoor area of 10,000 m², distributed in the two pavilions.
