Kaap Doorn has been specializing in business meetings since 1994. So you know that you are always among like-minded people. The equipment, the excellent WiFi, the rooms, the restaurant... Everything is geared to your needs as a business guest. We make you feel welcome by creating a hospitable climate and offering excellent service to guests, employees and volunteers. We believe in the added value of meaningful encounters between people in an inspiring, green and hospitable environment.

The participants of your meeting come for knowledge transfer and inspiration. The conditions for this are optimal at Kaap Doorn. Kaap Doorn is located in the middle of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park and has its own large grounds where you can take a nice walk.

CSR and sustainability

Kaap Doorn applies corporate social responsibility in the broadest sense of the word. When you organize a meeting at Kaap Doorn, you support the good work of the YMCA Netherlands (Erkend Goed Doel). The YMCA has been involved in youth and youth work since 1853 and organizes holiday camps for children with a request for help in the Netherlands.

Kaap Doorn is also working on sustainability in all kinds of other areas. In 2010, for example, we were awarded the Golden Green Key as one of the first conference centers in the Netherlands. To maintain this Green Key, we take measures in the field of sustainability and social responsibility every year. You as our guest contribute to this!

20 meeting rooms

Kaap Doorn has 20 meeting rooms (from 2 to 250 people). All rooms have plenty of direct daylight, air conditioning, basic audiovisual equipment, a screen and two flip charts. In our Grand Café, our baristas serve all kinds of luxury coffee and tea; included in your package. Just like unlimited soft drinks, chocolate, cookies and mints in the room.

70 comfortable hotel rooms

Kaap Doorn has 70 hotel rooms that are fully equipped. Most rooms overlook natural beauty. All rooms are standard equipped with a shower, toilet, LCD TV, telephone and free WiFi. Our facilities, such as the sauna and fitness room, can be used free of charge by our guests.

Culinary enjoyment

The extensive kitchen of Kaap Doorn is very well known. Fresh products are processed into tasty dishes every day in a traditional way. We work a lot with regional and organic products and herbs from our own herb garden. We take into account your individual (dietary) wishes. Our chef knows how to respond to every need and creates a surprising dish every time.

Accessibility and parking

Kaap Doorn is beautifully situated in the Kaapse Bossen and is easily accessible. Your guests can park for free on our own grounds. Here you will also find charging stations. In addition, Kaap Doorn has its own bus stop in front of the door called 'Kaap Doorn', which has a direct connection with Driebergen-Zeist station.
