• Capacity: Flexible, accommodating both solo projects and team work.
• Services: High-speed internet, use of call boxes or silent corners, locker boxes, and 10 pages of printing per occasion. The café selection provides a boost for teams, with a unique light-roasted coffee blend and a health-conscious snack selection.

• Meeting Room

• Capacity: 8 persons
• Space: 17 m2
• Equipment: 140cm full-HD LED TV, MeetUp video room, Apple TV, light and sound blocking curtains, flipchart, AV equipment, 100mbps WiFi, filtered water, and office supplies upon request.
• Rental Fee: 9,000 HUF per hour (including VAT), with a fixed rate of 63,000 HUF for 7 hours or more.

• Event Location

• Capacity: Up to 103 people
• Space: 260 m2
• Services: All-access, air-conditioned space with street-level outdoor seating. Custom catering options are available upon request.

• Café Area

• A central element of the space, opposite the entrance, designed to be flexible and accommodating for various activities, including a showcase podium, built-in stair-bench, library corner, and exhibition space.

• Gallery (Art Korner)

• A mini gallery visible from the street front, lit at night, inviting artists to showcase their side projects and art-inspired materials.

• Upper Floor

• More classic in design but still homely, featuring greenery and two silent corners for in-depth work. A well-equipped meeting room for rent is also available on this floor.
