Magic Box, located at 1933 S Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90007, is a premier event, trade show, and production center housed in THE REEF: A Creative Habitat in Downtown Los Angeles. This venue offers a dynamic and customizable space over three floors, catering to a wide range of events from small meetings to large-scale trade shows and conferences.

Meeting and Conference Facilities

First Floor:

• Exhibit Halls A & B: Each hall is 15,000 square feet, accommodating up to 140 exhibitors in 10x10 booths. The high ceilings (20 feet) create a grand and impactful atmosphere, suitable for fashion shows, speaking events, and other applications.

• Meeting Rooms: Four high-tech meeting rooms are available, providing a versatile space for various meetings and events.

Second Floor:

• Grand Exhibit Hall: This hall is designed specifically for trade shows, offering space for 300 exhibitors (10x10 booths) over 60,000 total square feet. The hall features 14-foot ceilings and easy access from the lobby and two exterior stairwells.

• Cloud Room: A 6,000 square-foot carpeted room with a connecting waiting room and bar area, perfect for events like fashion shows, speaking panels, film screenings, and cocktail mixers. It can accommodate over 500 guests.

• Meeting Rooms A & B: Two 650 square foot meeting spaces with polished concrete floors, clean white walls, and customizability. Each room can accommodate up to 60 guests.

Lower Level:

• Exhibit Hall: This hall can accommodate up to 70 exhibitors (in 10x10 booths) and features three meeting rooms with a total of 15,000 square feet. It is ideal for small to medium-sized trade shows and events.

• Meeting Rooms: Three meeting rooms are available on the lower level, providing a flexible space for various meetings and events.

Event Facilities

Magic Box offers a full range of event-production services, including state-of-the-art multimedia capabilities and a full catering kitchen. The venue is equipped to handle everything from intimate receptions to large-scale trade shows and conferences. The outdoor parking lot can be used for festivals and outdoor events, extending the event space beyond the indoor facilities.
