The hotel is run by Mellow Mood Group, the company owned by two Jordanian businessmen: Zuhair Awad and Sameer Hamdan. Living in Hungary for more than 30 years they are known to be among the biggest investors in the central district of Budapest. They also maintain close ties with the government – including Antal Rogán, former mayor of the 5th district and Minister of the Prime Minister's Cabinet Office.
