The Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC) is a premier event venue located at 415 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02210. It offers extensive meeting, conference, and event facilities, making it an ideal location for various types of events.

Exhibit Halls

• Exhibit Hall A: 170,000 square feet, accommodating over 15,400 attendees. It offers easy access to multiple registration areas, the ballroom, and the Boardroom Suite.

• Exhibit Hall B: 184,000 square feet, with a reception capacity of 26,285 guests. This hall is centrally located and can be divided into two 92,000-square-foot halls.

• Exhibit Hall C: 162,000 square feet, featuring abundant natural light and accommodating 10,800 attendees in banquet setup. It is directly adjacent to 1,350 on-site parking spaces.

Meeting Rooms

The BCEC boasts 82 state-of-the-art meeting rooms, totaling 160,000 square feet of meeting space. These rooms are evenly distributed throughout the building and are located five minutes or less from each other, simplifying logistics and attendee navigation.

Meeting Rooms by Level

• Exhibit Level: Four meeting rooms with a combined 10,189 square feet of space. These rooms offer direct access to all exhibit halls and immediate access to the lower ring road that encircles the facility.

• Level One: 38 rooms with 61,552 square feet of meeting space. These rooms provide direct access to multiple drop-off entrances and the food court. Pedestrian skybridges connect meeting room areas on both sides of the building, offering a bird's-eye view of the exhibit floor and exhibit-level signage.

• Level Two: 38 rooms with 80,040 square feet of meeting space. These rooms offer direct access to the Boardroom Suite and skybridge access to The Westin Boston Seaport District hotel. All rooms are no more than five minutes from any area of the building.

Ballroom

The BCEC ballroom is specifically designed for high-level performances with top-of-the-line sound, lighting, and rigging capabilities. It features:

• Column-free space: 40,020 square feet suitable for all general presentations, meal functions, and concerts.

• Pre-function space: 19,340 square feet with sweeping panoramic views of Boston’s harbor and skyline.
