McGowan HallMcGowan Hall

Historic McGowan Hall, built in 1922 by the first Knights of Columbus council in the state of Indiana, is a unique community center and event venue. McGowan Hall hosts a variety of cultural, civic, and private events ranging from wedding receptions and quinceañeras to plays, original themed dances, and concerts. The marquee event space of its building, the "Grand Hall," features original 1922 maple hardwood floors, stage, bar, and Romanesque accents throughout. 5,000 sq. ft. of floor space gives you the flexibility to host your large event with plenty of room left over for a dance floor. Need a more intimate space? Perhaps the "Council Room" is what you're looking for. This simple yet elegant room features seating for 120 people at once, hardwood floors, neutral tones, and sconce accent lighting. Come on down and take a look! Outside caterers are permitted.
