Moniker Warehouse serves as a modern industrial event venue for weddings, concerts, fundraisers, art shows, and anything else you can come up with. Managed by Moniker Events, the flexible urban setting is a blank slate ready to be transformed by your imagination. Complete with a separate cocktail space and larger interior space, the venue can be set for receptions of 90-160 guests; mix + mingles for 200-250 guests, and concerts for 250-300 guests! The venue provides its clients with sound equipment, tables & chairs, and a full list of vendors upon request in every venue rental. The space has free garage parking for 30+ vehicles, as well as abundant street parking in the surrounding area.
