Meeting and Conference Facilities

• Exhibit Hall:

• The MBCC features a 100,800-square-foot column-free exhibit hall that can be divided into three sections. The hall has 35-foot ceilings and dedicated docks with drive-in access, making it highly versatile for exhibitions and trade shows.

• Grand Ballroom:

• The Grand Ballroom spans 17,000 square feet and is designed with functionality and flexibility in mind. It can accommodate up to 1,000 guests and features advanced lighting controls with 24-foot ceilings.

• Meeting Rooms:

• The MBCC offers 17 functional meeting rooms across two levels, providing various breakout session options. These rooms can accommodate from 10 to 200 people, depending on the seating arrangement.
• Level 1 Meeting Rooms: Eight meeting rooms on Level 1 offer eleven different configurations, including educational classroom and theater meeting sets. These rooms can accommodate up to 120 delegates in classroom settings and up to 150 delegates in theater settings.
• Level 2 Meeting Rooms: Nine meeting rooms on Level 2, including rooms 202/204 and 206/208, can be combined to create larger spaces by removing airwalls. Some of these rooms feature mounted motion control lighting to enhance the event experience.

• Executive Boardroom:

• The Executive Boardroom, located in meeting room 201, is designed for corporate meetings. It has seating for up to 10 people and features a customized boardroom table with leather chairs, a speakerphone, and a widescreen PC with wireless keyboard and mouse.

• Events Plaza:

• The 30,000-square-foot Events Plaza is an outdoor space ideal for receptions, oyster roasts, barbecues, and other outdoor activities. It offers a unique and memorable setting for events.

Event Facilities

• Telescopic Seating:

• The MBCC has telescopic seating for 2,500 people, including handicap seating, located in Exhibit Hall C. This area is suitable for general sessions, assemblies, and sporting events.

• Glass-Enclosed Hall of Fame:

• The glass-enclosed Hall of Fame serves as a multi-use space for registration areas, exhibits, and spacious receptions. It provides a beautiful backdrop for special events.
