Meeting and Conference Facilities

• Conference Halls:

• Capacity: Each conference hall can accommodate up to 42 people.
• Conversion: These halls can be converted into a single room with a capacity of up to 90 people.

• Audio-Visual Equipment: The halls are equipped with an overhead projector for presentations.
• LED TVs: Two LED TVs are available at the entrance gate.

Booking and Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation Charges:
• More than 30 days before the booking date: 100% forfeiture of user charges.
• 21-30 days before the booking date: 100% forfeiture of user charges and 50% of electricity charges.
• 10-20 days before the booking date: 100% forfeiture of user charges and 75% of electricity charges.
• Less than 10 days before the booking date: No refund.
• GST Charges: GST charges are applicable at 18%.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required for all bookings.

Booking Charges

• Auditorium (Capacity 300): Rs. 55,000 per day (including electricity charges and GST).

• Conference Hall A (Capacity 42): Rs. 12,000 per day (including electricity charges and GST).

• Conference Hall B (Capacity 42): Rs. 12,000 per day (including electricity charges and GST).
