Meeting and Conference Facilities

• Total Meeting Space: The NZICC boasts an impressive 349,828 square feet of meeting space, making it one of the largest and most versatile convention centers in New Zealand.

• Meeting Rooms: The center features 33 meeting rooms, each designed to cater to different event needs. The largest room can accommodate up to 87,188 square feet, while the second largest room is significantly smaller at 11 square feet.

• Exhibition Space: The exhibition floor is column-free, with a 9-meter high clear stud ceiling and a total area of 8,100 square meters. This space can be configured into three individual halls and can accommodate up to 400 3x3-meter exhibition booths or host one-off events for up to 4,000 people.

• Plenary Space: The plenary space is designed for maximum viewing and can host up to 2,850 delegates in a theatre-style arrangement. It can also be configured for banquet-style settings and can accommodate two separate events of 1,200 people concurrently.
