• The Entire Venue: Perfect for larger events or celebrations, the entire facility can be rented, including the large conference and breakout rooms, kitchen and dining areas, lobby, and various outdoor spaces. The maximum capacity is 150-200 people, depending on the type of event, and can be expanded with the use of outdoor tents.

• Large Conference Room: This room features a wall of windows, a standing capacity of 127 people, and almost 900 square feet. It is equipped with cutting-edge AV technology and four large mounted screens, enabling advanced digital possibilities such as wireless control, professional presentations, and simultaneous video conferencing.

• Breakout Rooms A and B: Ideal for breakout sessions and smaller meetings, each room boasts large windows, just over 420 square feet, and a seated capacity of 29 people. These rooms offer multiple configurations with cutting-edge AV technology and one large mounted screen in each room.

Event Facilities

• Outdoor and Lobby Spaces: Perfect for office or family picnics, celebrations, or other outdoor activities, the beautiful grounds and waterfront views are available. The lobby provides access to bathrooms and comfortable couches for resting.

Services

• Catering: Guests are welcome to use any of the caterers on Mason’s approved caterers list. Recommendations can be provided upon request.

• Accommodations: Located in Northern Virginia, close to Washington, DC, and area airports, there are many hotel and accommodation options within 15-20 minutes of Point of View. Recommendations can be shared upon request.

• Transportation: Options include driving, carpooling, and arranging shuttle service directly to and from the venue. Local transportation companies can also be recommended. The venue is accessible by train via the Virginia Railway Express, Amtrak, and WMATA lines.

• Event Coordination Support: Additional services include event coordination support, facilitating across vendors such as catering, accommodations, transportation, or the rental of additional equipment. Facilitation, seminar, or training support for events is also available.
