The Dyos is without a doubt one of the most unique saloon boats in Amsterdam. The exterior of this tugboat may not immediately suggest it, but due to the design of the boat, this saloon boat can rightly be labeled as a high-quality design ship. The ship was designed by top designer Osiris Hertman, who is known for his use of special shapes and natural materials. During the restoration of the boat, Hertman has opted for a tough look on the outside and a warm, luxurious look on the inside, which means that the boat can be seen as one of the most prestigious locations on the water.

The Dyos offers everything you are looking for for an impressive and unforgettable event: a fireplace of hand-cut slate, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, AV equipment, large windows, a luminous roof, comfortable sofas and enough space to set up the boat in different ways. The enormous porthole in the roof gives you an indescribably beautiful view of the beautiful buildings along the canals.

This 1928 tugboat has been associated with the city of Amsterdam since its construction. The boat was part of the, now largely lost, fleet of 'real Amsterdammers'. Partly thanks to its unique construction, this ship sailed almost all the canals of the city as a 'workhorse'.
