Rhythm Factory, located at 9501 Arlington Expy #329, Jacksonville, FL 32225, is a 10,000 square foot event complex that offers a variety of meeting, conference, and event facilities. The venue is conveniently situated at the Regency Square Mall, providing ample parking and a flexible event space.

Function Rooms and Capacities

• Soprano Room

• Capacity: Up to 40 guests
• Description: This intimate room is designed for bridal suites and groom's lounges. It features beautiful chandeliers and recessed lighting, along with makeup stations, dress racks, full-height mirrors, and comfortable seating. The Soprano Room is ideal for pre-wedding preparations.

• Alto Room

• Capacity: Up to 80 guests
• Description: The Alto Room is an ultra-modern venue with state-of-the-art sound systems and LED lighting. It features mirrored walls and a unique bar area, making it perfect for smaller, more intimate events.

• Tenor Room

• Capacity: Up to 150 guests
• Description: The Tenor Room is the largest suite, offering a huge area for events. It includes a large stage for the wedding party, bands, or DJs, along with amazing JBL sound equipment and beautiful wooden floors. The room also features a private bridal suite and a large bar space with refrigerators.

Services

• Lighting and Sound Equipment: The venue provides 6 beautiful chandeliers and recessed lighting in the Tenor Room, 3 chandeliers and recessed lighting in the Alto Room, and 5 chandeliers and recessed lighting in the Soprano Room.

• Seating: Chiavari chairs are available for rent, with chair covers also available for additional customization.

• Food and Beverage: Each room includes a food prep area with full-size refrigerators and a full-sized bar.

• Vendor Referrals: The venue offers professional licensed vendor referrals, including caterers, DJs, bartenders, and other event professionals.

• Event Consultation: A one-hour consultation is provided to discuss event details, create a timeline, agree on a floor plan, review décor packages or linen rental, and select entertainment options.

• Decor and Setup: The venue offers various decor items such as aisle markers, centerpieces, chair covers, and drapery. Setup and cleanup services are also available.

• Accessibility: The venue is wheelchair-accessible and offers WiFi connectivity for guests.

Event Planning Process

Rhythm Factory follows a structured process to ensure a seamless event experience:

• Connect: Initial contact to discuss event details and provide an estimate.

• Plan: Secure the event date with a non-refundable down payment of $500. A signed rental agreement must accompany the down payment.

• Design: One-hour consultation to discuss the event in detail, create a timeline, agree on a floor plan, review décor packages or linen rental, and select entertainment options.

• Celebrate: Final balance is due two weeks prior to the event, and the venue staff will confirm all details and guest count.
