RiverCenter (Davenport)

The RiverCenter, located at 136 E 3rd St, Davenport, IA 52801, is a premier event facility in downtown Davenport, Iowa. It offers extensive meeting, conference, and event spaces, making it an ideal venue for various gatherings.

Meeting and Event Facilities

• Exhibit Halls:

• Great River Hall (South Building): 32,400 square feet of column-free exhibit space with concrete floors, utility floor boxes every 30 feet (equipped with power, water, drain, phone, and data), and drive-in ramp access with an elephant door. The hall also features two sets of women’s and men’s restrooms, two show manager’s offices, two concessions stands, and easy access to 8,000 square feet of storage space.

• Mississippi Hall (North Building): 13,130 square feet of column-free exhibit, banquet, or meeting space. This hall is carpeted, centrally located with utility boxes equipped with power, water, drain, phone, and data. It includes two roll-up doors (one drive-in and one with lift), acoustically treated walls, and dimmable and metal halide lighting. The room can be divided using a portable drapery system and has an operable wall increasing the space to 16,000 square feet.

• Breakout Rooms:

• The RiverCenter features a total of 10 breakout rooms, with 6 located in the North Building (4 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor) and 4 in the South Building (all on the second floor). Each room varies in size from 770 to 900 square feet and can be converted to larger sizes via acoustically treated operable walls. The rooms are equipped with hookups for sound, phone, data, and electrical, and restrooms are in close proximity to all rooms.

• Executive Board Room:

• The Colonel Davenport Room in the South Building can accommodate 16-20 people comfortably.
