Function Rooms and Capacities

• Salone Severini:

• Capacity: Extensive and elegant space with Carrara marble floors and columns, naturally lit by twelve large windows.
• Function: Ideal for conventions, conferences, exhibitions, fashion shows, and gala dinners. It can be connected to the Sala Minnucci via removable dividing panels, allowing for an open-space formula.

• Sala Minnucci:

• Capacity: Approximately 550 m².
• Function: Modular space featuring white marble floors and twelve windows providing natural light. It can be used for exhibitions, displays, back-stage, workshops, conferences, road-shows, and meetings. It can be connected and separated from the Salone Severini using removable, soundproof panels.

• Foyer:

• Capacity: Approximately 320 m².
• Function: A large, naturally lit space with an imposing marble staircase. It is suitable for exhibitions, coffee-breaks, welcome drinks, hospitality, and can include an adjacent small room (approximately 64 m²) for office, registration, and/or wardrobe use.

• Loggia Ulrich:

• Capacity: Bounded by a colonnade accessible from Rooms A and B.
• Function: Modular spaces can be created for meetings, offices, press-offices, back-stage, and VIP lounges. It is ideal for small inter-company meetings requiring a peaceful and confidential environment.

• Small Rooms on the First and Second Floors:

• Capacity: Two small rooms (each approximately 60 m²) with marble floors and windows providing natural light.
• Function: These rooms can be used for small meetings or as press offices. Alongside these rooms are two further small rooms (each approximately 25 m²) with natural lighting, which can be used as offices.
