• Main Events Arena: This area is transformable and can accommodate large conferences, gala dinners, and concerts. It has a capacity of over 2000 people and can be sectioned off using theatre drapes to create an intimate setting. The arena also features a state-of-the-art in-house lighting and sound system, which can be tailored to specific needs.

• Corporate Lounges: These four modern rooms are situated on the top floor of ILT Stadium Southland. They can function as stand-alone rooms or be connected to create a larger space. Lounges 1-3 overlook the main event arena, while Lounge 4 offers a superb view of the Surrey Park Athletics Oval. Each lounge has a capacity ranging from 5 to 100 guests depending on the layout required.

• Community Court Space: This open-span floor area measures 100m x 38.5m and is extremely flexible, making it suitable for various events. The space has roller door access on the east side for easy setup and can be carpeted to suit different functions.

• Exhibition Spaces: ILT Stadium Southland boasts one of the largest trade and exhibition spaces in Southland, covering 3850 square meters. The main events arena also offers 1665 square meters of exhibition space, including a four-sided monster screen that can be beneficial for trade shows and exhibitions.

The team at Ascot Park Hotel is experienced in catering for large events and can work closely with event planners to meet specific requirements.

• Lighting and Sound: The venue features a state-of-the-art in-house lighting and sound system, which can be customized to enhance any event. The movable trussing system above court one allows for varying the size of the space and designing a lighting setup specific to the event.
