The halls are named Mountain Hall 1, Mountain Hall 2, Mountain Hall 3, Mountain Hall 4, and Mountain Hall 5. Each hall can accommodate different configurations such as theater, banquet, or classroom styles, with capacities ranging from 2,160 to 3,240 people depending on the setup.

• Meeting Rooms: In addition to the exhibit halls, the center offers several meeting rooms. The Eagle Rooms are divided into multiple sections (200, 200A, 200B, 200C, 200D, 300, 300A, 300B, 300C, and 300D) with varying capacities. The Eagle Room 200 has a capacity of 300 people in theater style, while Eagle Room 200A can accommodate 60 people in banquet style. The Eagle Room 400 has a capacity of 90 people in banquet style.

• General Services:

• Lighting and Climate Control: General room lighting, heat, and air conditioning are provided during show hours.
• Meeting Room Set-ups: One standard meeting room set-up, including theater, classroom, or banquet style, is included in the basic rental. Each room also comes with one 8' x 6' riser with stairs and one topped and skirted table per room set.

• Special Services:

• Audiovisual Services: The preferred in-house audiovisual production contractor is Encore, which can be requested for events.
• Event Personnel: The facility management determines the number of personnel and their hours after consultation with the lessee. All event personnel must wear identification badges provided by their employer or obtained from the Security Office.

• Parking and Shuttle Services:

• The center has approximately 1,700 parking stalls. Motorhome vehicles can use the parking area for parking purposes only, but overnight parking is prohibited. Shuttle services are available from the center to the inContact Parking Structure[5].

• Additional Amenities:

• First Aid and Security: EMTs are on-site for assistance, and there is 24-hour security on-site.
• Food and Beverage: Concessions are available inside the show, and several restaurants are located nearby, including Joe's Crab Shack and Ruby River.
