Originally built by Count Cocci around 1810, the villa has been recently renovated to blend traditional Istrian architectural elements with modern comforts, ensuring a luxurious experience for its guests. The interior features natural materials and restored antique furniture, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. With five en-suite rooms, Stanzia Cocci can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests, offering a peaceful retreat that emphasizes privacy and tradition.
