Meeting and Event Facilities

Capacity and Layout:

• Total Capacity: Up to 100 guests

• Event Spaces: The venue includes the Stranahan House property, which can be used for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions. If more space is needed, the adjoining Laura Ward Plaza can be rented, with additional fees applying.

Function Rooms:

• Stranahan House Property:

• Exclusive Use: The property can be rented exclusively for up to 5 hours.
• Services Included:
• Use of the property for photography
• Standard lighting and electrical needs
• Basic sound system set-up with microphone
• Two hours for set-up and one hour for clean-up

• Laura Ward Plaza (Optional):

• Additional space available for larger events, with specific rental fees.

Event Services

• Catering: Self-catered events are not allowed. All events must utilize a licensed and insured caterer.

• Security: Additional fees may apply for security services.

• Rental Fees: Include sales tax and a refundable security deposit. Weekend rates are $4,000, weekday rates are $3,000, and non-profit rates are available based on availability at $1,500. A ceremony-only option is also available at $1,500.

• Parking: Abundant parking is located just feet away from the venue.

• Accessibility: The venue is conveniently located near hotels, the beach, the airport, and the seaport. A Water Taxi launch site is also available.

• Future Improvements: Future site improvements include an expanded courtyard, event pavilion, and catering kitchen.
