• Staff: Two staff members are included in the rental, one sound engineer/manager and one extra staff member. Additional staff can be supplied at $150 per staff member.

• Insurance: A 1-day insurance policy is required per space rented, which can be arranged through theeventhelper.com.

• Rental Regulations:

• The renter must abide by the rules of a non-smoking building.
• Liability insurance is required for the event.
• A deposit is required to secure the space, with the remaining balance due no more than 10 days before the event.

• Food and Beverage: The Jazz Gallery does not cater food or drink but can provide local recommendations.

Availability

• The space is available for rental Monday and Tuesday all day, or Wednesday-Sunday from 8am-3pm. If you want to rent the space from 3pm onward on Wednesday-Sunday, a $5000 buyout fee applies.
