The Venue

The Venue, located at 21 N Market St, Asheville, NC 28801, is a full-service event facility situated in the heart of downtown Asheville. It offers a spacious floor plan of over 13,000 square feet, divided into three unique sections: the Market Street level, the Mezzanine, and the Second Level.

Function Rooms and Capacities:

• Market + Mezzanine:

• Capacity: Up to 350 guests with cocktail-style seating, up to 250 guests reception style.
• Features: Exposed beams, original brickwork, an exquisite chandelier, charming golden decor, and a wheelchair-accessible lift.

• Second Level:

• Capacity: Up to 175 guests with cocktail-style seating, up to 120 guests reception style.
• Features: An open-air balcony with city views, original brickwork, exposed beams, and several petite chandeliers. The space is accessible via a stair chair lift.

Services:

• Catering: The Venue offers an extensive menu selection and the option for custom menus.

• Bar Services: The Venue provides comprehensive bar services, including the option to customize clients’ bar experiences based on their preferences. However, outside alcohol is not permitted.

• Staffing: The Venue offers in-house staffing services to support event needs.

• Event Management: A dedicated team of event managers is available to guide clients through the entire event planning process, from booking to day-of execution.

• Decor Upgrades and Lighting Options: The Venue features an elite list of preferred vendors and offers various decor upgrades and lighting options to enhance the event experience.

• Wedding Planner: The Venue has an in-house wedding planner, The Planning, to assist with all wedding-related needs.
