• Cocktail Deck & Patio

• Capacity: Up to 30 seated guests, up to 175 standing guests
• Ideal for: Wedding reception, cocktail hour
• Description: An outdoor patio overlooking the grand lawn, providing a breezy and enjoyable space for guests. It includes cocktail tables and linens, lawn games, a guest book and favor table, and petite floral arrangements. The patio offers access to the bar through a barn window and features a professional PA system with a choice of music.

• Description: A shaded canopy with sweeping vistas of the entire property. It features a centrally located stone patio surrounded by beautifully manicured ferns and low profile lighting. • Description: A charming historic home that has been beautifully updated as a Bed & Breakfast. It features hardwood plank floors, antique and updated furniture, and porches with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The house includes accommodations for up to six guests, a bridal suite, and private bathroom.
