Function Rooms and Capacities:

• Main Arena: The main arena has a seating capacity of over 4,000 in permanent and mobile stands. It is equipped with full-size courts for volleyball, handball, basketball, and futsal, as well as smaller halls for weightlifting and martial arts.

• Small Arena: The small arena also features full-size courts for various sports.

• Office and Conference Space: The facility includes dedicated office and conference spaces, designed to accommodate various business and professional events.

• Recreational and Catering Space: There are areas for recreational activities and catering services, ensuring that guests can enjoy a comprehensive experience.

• Seamless Resin Floors: The facility boasts high-quality Flowcrete seamless resin floors in various areas, including the main arena, office spaces, and underground garage. These floors are known for their durability and aesthetic appeal.

• Epoxy-Quartz Flooring: In the representative and communication spaces, Peran STB epoxy-quartz flooring has been installed, providing a durable and resistant surface suitable for high-traffic public facilities.

• Flexible and Watertight Flooring: The underground garage features Deckshield flooring, which is flexible, watertight, and resistant to chemicals and de-icing salts, ensuring safety and durability.

• Impregnation and Strengthening Agent: The facility also uses Euco Diamond Hard impregnation and strengthening agent for concrete surfaces, enhancing the overall structural integrity of the building.
