• Modernized Gym and Medical Center: Enhanced facilities for athlete training and medical care.

• New Corporate Building for the FPF: A modernized office space for the Peruvian Football Federation.

• Remodeled Field N° 03, Entrances, and Parking Spaces: Improved infrastructure for better accessibility and convenience.

• New Electricity and Water Networks: Upgraded utilities to support the increased activity.

Stadium and Other Facilities

• Estadio Atlético de la Villa Deportiva Nacional:

• This stadium has a capacity of 6,000 and is home to all national sports teams and federations of Peru. It was remodeled in preparation for the 2019 Pan American Games.

• Velodrome:

• The Videna Velodrome was redesigned to meet the requirements for the Pan American and Parapan American Games. It features a roof, façade, seating bowl, and associated athlete and spectator facilities. The track was protected during construction and only required minor repairs after completion.
