Room rental includes the use of the entire room, up to 50 6-ft tables, up to 24 6-ft round tables, room set-up, room tear down, security during the event, event manager on-site during the event, and more. Whether you'd like to choose a caterer yourself or bring in your own food, the West Market Conference Center is pleased to work with any option you prefer. There is an on-site prep area with an ice machine and a small kitchen with a cooler. Alcohol is allowed, but you're required to use a vendor with a valid Indiana State liquor license.
